Dishonest Mapfre Claims Representative: Kerry Lackner
Please do not use Mapfre Insurance (Commerce Insurance of Massachusetts) as they have proven not to care about honesty.

There is an open and shut case with a 17 year-old driver who hit my car while it was parked causing $446.25 in Damage (according to a MAPFRE Insurance email). I sent more than 10 pictures of the damages to both vehicles as well as tape measure showing the damage at exactly the same spot, ~41 inches high (coincidence Kerry?). The driver claims that he didn’t hear anything because the car music was on. This makes sense because the damage was minimal to my taillight and below. It wouldn’t have made much noise as the side of his vehicle skimmed my taillight as he pulled into the parking space next to mine.
Here’s my promise to you Kerry, we’ll take MAPFRE to small claims court and reach out to your Supervisors about your dishonesty on a continuous basis in our quest for justice. It will cost Mapfre far more to send their Lawyer to small claims court than the $446.25 (see image below).
If anyone knows how to legally receive justice in this case, please email me as we’ll take any and all legal paths for justice against this Representative who lacks integrity.
