Murder Mystery Dinner by the Friends of the Ashland COA Fund Raiser

The Friends of the Ashland COA are holding a Murder Mystery Dinner fundraiser to support the Ashland Senior Center. A committee of supporters has been formed to organize a Prom Themed Murder Mystery Dinner Party to be held on Friday, evening Oct. 27, beginning with a cocktail hour at six-thirty, followed by a family-style full-course pot roast dinner prepared by TJ’ Food and Spirits of Ashland, Ma. A fun-filled evening of mystery and good food will take place at the VFW Hall at 311 Pleasant St., Ashland.

This fun-filled evening will fill the room with mystery and murder while the Prom goers experience a live, interactive murder mystery show. Christine Strickland Photography. from Hopkinton, will offer opportunities to pose for a Prom picture so come dressed for the prom or casual and be our chaperone.

The theme for the night will bring you back to the 1950s prom days, a doo-wop disaster! When a death on the dance floor makes this prom night a party foul, it is up to you to figure out whodunit and get this dance back on track. Trade clues with your friends, gather information about the crime, and reveal the punk that made this prom nowheresville. This night of laughter and dancing is now too heavy to razz anyone’s berries, so it’s up to you to find the murderer!

This night promises to be a night to remember; it will be one show you don’t want to miss. It’s destined to be fun despite the disaster. Get ready to put on your thinking caps; you’ll need your wits about you to solve this crime.

Tickets are available online and from any member of the Friends of the Ashland COA. Feel Free to contact Donna Shaw at dcshaw5@gmail.com for more details or to reserve a table for your family and friends.
