2. And how did you arrive at the name?
Because address my passion and uses the name of my slogan “ Beauty beyond the obvious…” also my authority!
3. What does your business do?
B & Beauty is the one-stop place for glam. Skin services, body care, eyebrow design, waxing, make-up, hair styling, you name it, B & Beauty does it all!

6.What Makes Elisabete Different?
Elisabete is passionate about helping others achieve their best self, both inside and out. She is dedicated to establishing and maintaining genuine and unique relationships with her clients, with utmost trust and confidentiality. She has a passion for teaching, and educates her patients on the different options for achieving their ideal look. Elisabete is a firm believer in prevention. ExtensiveTraining, after graduating Psychology from Fahupe University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Elisabete,completed her Degree in Psychology – University … FAHUPE – Rio de Janeiro-Brazil,College of Psychology.
She continued to excel academically and personally, and pioneered a mental mission trip to São Paulo to provide free mental care. After college school, Elisabete completed her training in Aesthetic Clinical Cosmetology at the School. Currently, she is also a practicing beautician in Ashland Massachusetts. During her training, Elisabete built an extensive resume, including but not limited to many articles in the aesthetic literature, and national /international conference presentations. In her spare time, Elisabete continues to give back to her community and beyond. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
She loves good music, a good read, and is always up for trying a new places to visit!

8. Do you have any advice for new business owners?
My advice to an aspiring person in my field would be to never stop learning or working for what you want. Nothing ever comes easy, if you want something you have to work for it. By working at it, I mean working at your craft, learning from people who have something to teach. It’s like anything else, practice makes perfect.
9. What could your town do to help support local businesses?
Promote more our business,creating more offices space and retail stores because it’s no place to go if you need to moving out! Help with more different money programs grants .
10. What makes your business unique and stand out from other businesses in your industry?
I like to vibrate on the frequency of optimism, hope and action.
I believe that the beauty field is a tool for me to live my purpose.
Through courses, training, qualification and procedures achieved, they show people how incredible they are being themselves, or how much there are no standards of happiness, BEAUTY and success.
Don’t be so hard like.
You are just you, in essence, and live it in the best way to walk your path!
I love contributing to women’s entrepreneurship, believing in themselves, I was born for this, and I’m still strong in my mission! I love you, THANK YOU!
